LOU x MAXI
This special session weaves the heart-opening magic of Kirtan with the deep relaxation effects of a Sound Bath. As a Bhakti Yoga practice, Kirtan celebrates love, devotion, and community. We begin with gentle movement and chanting mantras to open our hearts. Following the Kirtan, surrender to a 30-minute immersive Sound Bath. Allow the vibrations to flow through you, guiding you into deep rest and inner peace. All voices are warmly welcome.
